Video is an add-on to a half-day or full-day shoot. It isn’t booked on its own.
Two lengths
A 30-second reel is $500, and a 60–90-second walkthrough is $900. They are the same kind of edit; the walkthrough simply runs longer. When several companies license the shoot, the video is shared the same way the photographs are, and each company pays less.
What goes in
Most videos are built from drone footage and from motion generated from 100MP stills: a slow push or reveal made from a single frame. When a building needs it, I add footage shot from the ground. The aerial work is FAA-licensed and insured.
What you get

Licensing
